It give me an opportunity to learn more about the retail industry to understand different people,from different cultures and background,personal growth,work indepandently to handle pressure

We learn and impliment what we know

Its a great opportunity to learn as I rotate each month to learn from other departments like debriefing clerk,stock control at frozen side,transport department,returns clerk,i participate when there is stock taking for both dry n frozen stock

Learning and growing within the busness

I am a very easy person, who get along wit everyone but also and self motivated human being with so much manners, I get along with my co workers especially the ones I work with . I have learnt so many things , communication is one of them, I have learn to work with all different race, I enjoy being given a challenges, learning new things
