Excellent day to day challenge

Every day is not the same as there is different challenges that you as the manager must handle eg staff issues , stock issues ect. I had a good relationship with all co workers and we worked as a team to get the task at hand done. I have learnt to follow up on all my instruction given because of the culture and therefor as time went on the mind set of my sub ordinates changed. I enjoyed the most the challenges and it felt good at the end of the day to reap the success as a team. the most challenging aspects was the controlling and scanning of part bags of Raw materials.

The company is a good company to work for.

Every day was a challenge and very rewarding. Executing the day's task at hand. Had an excellent relationships with co-workers although we did not always agree. I have learnt to have more direct contact and conversations with people I work with rather than sending emails upon emails. Everyday was a new challenge not one day the same. The most challenging was the space constraints to have the stock stored in the correct manner.

Cons: No opportunity for promotion

Substantial amount of creditors experience excellent communication

Always stayed employed at companies for more than 4 years which has given me the advantage I have with regards to my experience. Very quick learner. Involved with many other support aspects in terms of Syspro ie. Orders grns etc. Try not leave office with incomplete work. Very good with deadlines. Extremely organised and friendly to fellow colleagues. Biggest challenge I have is saying no. I.feel obligated to help always

Pros: Would love to move up a level and feel I deserve the opportunity
Cons: Don't like working extra hours so try to get work done within normal hours

Updating in-house tv screens Processing invoices for payment Issuing purchase orders Updating email signatures request Liaise with branch managers open marketing materials Learned how to work in a team and individually Learned communications skills on social media Enjoyed planning conferences and annual events Learned to be open minded to change Love to be around people and sociable

Pros: Good working environment
Cons: Little room for growth
