Good work prospects

I am the ideal candidate due to my in-depth knowledge in the engineering industry. I have been undertaking my tasks and carrying out my work as a manager over the last years and my line of work as exposed me to many a task that is carried out . I am familiarize with most of operating systems as I have worked for Telkom, TFMC and Bidvest FM for over 18 years from the field to projects to specialist to management. I have the experience in the necessary field and the confidence in knowing that I do have the ability to apply myself diligently. My studies had directed me towards the engineering field and it has channelled my thinking into systematic, yet dynamic frame of mind. My past work experience has shown that I am capable of handling large workloads, being effective liaison officer and meeting specific targets. It has also shown the methodically orientated working habit that I display.

Good working experience

Every day is hectic with new developments and challenges. Firstly the urgent task are prioritized and attended. Staff issues are also dealt with. All high priority mails are dealt with. Meeting and telcons are attended. Site meeting and health & safety meetings are also attended. Green areas for staff is done on a weekly basis. Inspections are done on a weekly/monthly basis. All calls are returned within the day, Staff commuinates via email or watsup during day should any urgent matters arises, Staff weekly schedule is allocated 2 weeks in advance. Staff alos given monthly sshedule for their inspection and correction. All approval done on a daily basis. I have a open door policy for staff to address their issues. I have learnt to keep staff content and compliment themon their achievement promotes productivity. Also offer incentive. The most challenging apect of my work was to excute the work within allocate time frame with the resorces i had, I enjoyed the tools that i had to make my job easier.

I consider myself a highly driven, self-disciplined individual who possesses good communication, training and interpersonal skills. My Management skills are excellent with all walks of life. I believe in team work but still a firm hand on all participants. I am target driven but not to the extent of putting my people at risk. I am particularly ambitious, self-motivated and determined, and enjoy taking on new challenges. I am able to handle pressure without any hesitation. I believe I am essentially a logical and analytical thinker I enjoy being practical and inventive through creative thinking. I always conduct myself in a professional manner.

I would like to know if I am paid correctly

The company is great by the contract that we are contacted to is not good toward us the room for growth is not and development is not good the client is constantly finding fault when there is no fault to be found

Pros: The Bidvest senior executives are great and that is the only good thing the client management is not
Cons: Miss management no growth salary is low

Love learning new things . can work under pressure .

I signed in guest and inform host on the guests arrival . Take guest to their respective meeting rooms . book meeting rooms as well.Make and accept call to and from clients and BCX employees .

Pros: theres allways room for growth
Cons: This lots of people coing in to visit and its securirty its very tight now telling people that they are not allowed to go through without a asticker and they a alate was at atimes probamatic
