Good working experience
I am the ideal candidate due to my in-depth knowledge in the engineering industry. I have been undertaking many tasks and carrying out my work on the capacity of a manager over the last years and my line of work as exposed me to many a task that is carried out by the above. I have the experience in the necessary field and the confidence in knowing that I do have the ability to apply myself diligently. My studies had directed me towards the engineering field and it has channelled my thinking into systematic, yet dynamic frame of mind. My past work experience has shown that I am capable of handling large workloads, being effective liaison officer and meeting specific targets. It has also shown the methodically orientated working habit that I display. The Huawei / MTN contract was one of the most demanding contract that one could manage and deliver with the resources allocated.

Good working experience
To cost effectively and timeously manage the maintenance of all facilities ,plant and equipment and to achieve and exceed client's service standard through optimum use of all available resources.Responsible for health and safety matters, ensuring compliance with the occupational, health & safety act (OHSA). Conduct incident & accident investigation, risk assessments and provide recommendation for prevention.Ensure purchasing of goods & services & the technical/economic management of company building, equipment and installation – ensuring optimum functionality of premises in line with the assigned budget.Take lead in developing staff & clearly demonstrate their understanding of such issues.Manage staff performance & facilitate improvement through regular performance monitoring and feedback, providing required coaching support where necessary.

Day to day focus areas in best service delivery go ensure good customer experience
Everyday decision making in terms of service delivery and guidance to the operational teams on health and safety matter. Engineering assist to improve our performance to our clients. Advice the our operational teams on engineering best practices and new market trends. Skills development and training within budget to hone the skills. Ineterelations was a bit of a challenge especially when we emagalmated our business unit to the Bidvest family due some behavioral stance from other personnel from different work opererandi. Looking at the company global foot print gave me the opportunity to interact intensively with various stake holders and learn from then on how they interprete and implement some statutory commitments to ensure business compliance is achieved.
Pros: Good working relationship with our clients which has not gone unnoticed due their satisfaction on service delivery.
Cons: Everyday challenges as day present deffirent challenges due to the new SLA that we recently signed with our major client.

Quick learner
I enjoy meeting customer's expectations I have a good relationship with my co-workers and learnt to be independent and self develop myself. the most challenging aspects of my job is working shifts and holidays.

Best working environment and personal development
- Working environment is fantastic with friendly and co-operative managers and colleagues. - The company gave me ample opportunities to learn management skill through in-house and external training and courses. Also i acted in my manager's position a number of times in his absence. - On a normal day, i would check my daily job plan on diary and thereafter pick few sites in my are where i'm going to do quality inspection on job done by our artisans or external contractors. Then come back to log faults on any snags i picked on sites. - The challenges i face is extensive travelling and sleep-overs for few days.

Challenging job
i work as webforce agent i used to log some ticket it is difficult when i log the ref and i dnt find site , thst the chsllenging i got here. i have a good relationship with my colleague and i enjoy working night shift because we are few

Good
The relationship between man agent and stuff is not good,there is two divided groups among workers,i have gained a lot but I don't see a future here. I have learned how to become a good handy lady,it gave always been a privilege to be the only women among mens,they treat me like a queen called first lady under standard bank bidvest team.

Good environment and a learning curve.
