I a very hard working, target driven person and love 2 set great goals

I regard myself as a highly responsible person and I believe that you can achieve your goals through hard work and perseverance. I’m always open for advice and eager to learn, being positive and highly motivated has always been my main objective. I believe that honesty is the best policy in all working environments.I'm also a very hard working and tarket driven person that likes to set goals for others. I Ricardo Christopher Africa will be a great asset to your company. I’m a target driven person and I communicate well with people.

Pros: It is great working for a big company like Bidvest Data but as an individual everyone is always seeking better opportunities in life
Cons: We work a weekend shift from Friday to Sundays (7:00-18:30). Week days Monday to Thursdays from 7:00-17:30 day and night

From operator to supervisor

e8uwe worked shif'sand was 3 shifts . it was easy to travel as there was a bus to the airport we where 10 operators on a shiftwe trotted every day by working on different printers the relationship of the guys were great as we were all close and always try to make work easy for ourselves I'velearned a lot in the printing industryas I have my 1st aid level 1 and fire fightinglevel 1&2 course's what I've enjoyed most was the passion for my work and training new guys to operator the printers the most challenging aspect was to set myself goals by always beating other operators to run the mosthe production

Pros: operator to supervisor
Cons: we worked 12 hours per shift. Bidvest is a very big company as we got 2 years in a row troffies for running the most prodiction in Africa.What I like about the company is that they send you for courses in witch you can work your way up in the company

Excellent learninh curve

invoicing and sending out with statement on a daily basis. Assisting with debtor queries, relieving on switchboard. stock variances reports. Assist with managers lunch on a daily basis. uploading of new customers on computer and checking credit availability. Always give myself 15 minutes to respond to colleagues requests. I've learned that if you go the extra mile for anybody they will return a favour. I enjoyed my customers come back if they were satisfied with my correct and quick response. The most challenging aspect was that every month i would eliminate more and more errors to ensure a close to perfect invoice run

Pros: i enjoyed working on Syspro and got on with my boss and colleagues
Cons: I needed a challenge again

Excellent learning curve

Typical work day would include , receiving job bag from sales dept, check info is correct, invoice and forwarding with statement via e-mail or post. I got on well with my co-workers and my superior. I have learnt that people appreciate when you reply promptly to a query, customers as well as colleagues. At month end i enjoyed and find it very challenging to be as accurate as possible. The most challenging aspect of the job is to know everything in the particular job

Pros: Stable company
Cons: wasn't challenging anymore

I'm a fast leaner

I enjoy to work as a team work and I like to see the improvement of company to make customer happy all the time One day I want to see the company in higher level and I want to create the lot of opportunity in the company to see the the people to get higher possition

Cons: Yes I'm willing to work long hours to reach deadlines

Excellent work space, comfortable and learning

Talots of opportunities for moving up UT people's held back due to management favors. If you don't kiss ass you don't move up. Some many of intelligent workers left due to this problem t ha

Excellent learning curve

I always give myself 15 minutss to get back to somebody with a query. I always tried to be the best invoice clerk in the group. I got on well with my boss and colleagues. There was no room for promotion

Excellent learning curve

LlWorking with my clients was best part of working at Bidvest data. My colleagues was my family, we helped each other in every way possible. I have learned alot, the most important thing was honesty
