My responsibilities include: • Analyse and respond to customers complaints • Heads up Door to Door portfolio • Train team members and ensure team meet their monthly target • Demonstrate flexibility in meeting operational needs. Gaining experience in the motor industry
A typical working day would be seeing damage vehicles coming into the yard. Fighting with clients to settle their accounts. Getting information from our suppliers. Communicating with the directors to take decisions on write off vehicles. I enjoy working with people, building a relationship and creating an environment where team work is essential. The pros speaks for itself. I enjoy the visits to clients. Experiencing their environment and what there challenges are in terms of what their requirements are. The most challenging aspects are reaching targets every month. Facing the different challenges as to why money was not recovered.
Pros: Mechanical experience, Evaluating of vehicles, Insurance experience, costing of vehicles values in the market

My experience working at Bidvest and wanting to grow beyond that
I have been working for Bidvest for almost three years now and it has been a pleasure. The people I work with a friendly and helpful. A typical day at work is dealing with customers, queries, answering calls and emails etc. It is generally very busy and you need to be able to work well under pressure. I have learnt a lot in developing communication skills as well as customer interaction and telephone ethics. It can be challenging when customers become irate for some reason or the other, but I was taught to handle it to the best my ability and try to do so as far as possible. I do however want to broaden my career path and learn new things and be able to grow as a person and in my career. Thanking you in advance.

Customer service excellence, im learning everyday to deal with different customers.
I work as a Customer Service Consultant renting out cars to individuals. I enjoy my job very much because it i get to meet different people all the time. I enjoy interacting with people very much, It just completes my day. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers, I always bare in mind personal space to avoid unnecessary tension. I have learnt to be patient at all times and always be professional but also to make the area a good environment to be.
Pros: Good environment servicing customers.
Cons: Long hours of which i do not get compensation for.

Good experience
WORKING IN CAR RENTAL HAS TAUGHT ME HOW TO WORK WITH CLIENTS IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY AND DOING CLAIMS HAS ALSO GIVEN ME EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH VEHICLES AND DAMAGES. I HAVE ALSO GAINED EXPERIENCE IN RECEPTION, ADMINISTRATION, SALES, DEBTORS, CREDITORS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU :)
