It is a fairly good company but it is way less than how people percieve it.

I get along with my colleagues at professional level. How to close deals, how to give clients best service, Doing Operating statements. It was dealing with clients from different spheres of life.

Good learning environment

I have a very good working relationships with my co-workers, I have learnt how to create and maintain effective working relationships, I enjoy learning different things in different departments.

Small company vibe- the good and the bad. Be tough, but know how to toe the line. Learn to make do with very limited resources and leadership is lacking. Ultra modern can't be found here. Perks include free breakfast, staff shuttle and some Bidvest Group discounts.

Great people, highly diverse and forward-thinking environment

Attracts great people and has an inclusiveness that's rare. Progressive HR practices, but still room for improvement. Most senior leaders are out of touch but there are a few really amazing ones. Male driven

Quick learner

WORKING AT THIS COMPANY MAKES ME LEARN SO MUCH EVERYDAY , LEARNING MORE AND MORE. IT GETS QUITE HECTIC BUT EVENTUALLY WORKING HARD PAYS OFF. I ENJOY WORKING WITH PEOPLE IN A TEAM , TEAM EFFORT IS BETTER THAN WORKING ALONE , TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE. WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY BUILT UP MY CONFIDENCE BECAUSE I STARTED HERE FRESH OUT OF SCHOOL , PROBABLY THE MOST YOUNGEST EMPLOYEE IN THIS COMPANY. I ENJOY SOCIALISING WITH CUSTOMERS AND TRYING MY UTMOST TO HELP OUT WHEREVER HELP IS REQUIRED.

Great learning exposure

Good morning Attend to email queries from branches all over South Africa and from different support units within the Head office. Prepare and post journals between general ledger accounts and cost centres. Raise invoices for inter company payments and broker fee commission Prepare balance sheet recons and raise accruals I am considered the entertainer at work. I relate with everyone at any level. I sing and give speeches at most function and celebrations. I have learnt to manage my time as we deal with deadline driven work. I enjoy working with a team that displays a high level of integrity. The most challenging part of my job is depending on other business units(or financial business partners to do ones work) Thank you

Excellent learning curve

I am a very reliable, dedicated and trustworthy person who excels at problem solving and attention to detail. I am analytical but objective in my approach and can prioritise and manage my time effectively. I excel in my organisational abilities and enjoy stream lining processes for improved productivity. I am friendly and confident and at the same time can be entrusted to work independently. I take pride in my appearance which reflects the brand ambassador in me. I am very focused on utilising my abilities to benefit the company I work for, as is evident from my years of service to my various employers. The work experience I have attained enables me to handle the pressures of any business environment and has given me the expertise to calm down the most difficult clients
