Unfortunately overworked, abused

I work on, electrical, pneumatic, electronics and mechanical machinery on site as well as in the workshop. I assist with deliveries, and work alone most of the time, even if high risks are taken where health and safety is neglected. Basically being forced to do qualified, artisans and engineering work, with in adequate tools and defective equipment. I do a substantial amount of admin work and, highly computer literate. I am disturbed in between every job function that I am busy with as we have multiple divisions, and managers, lol, but management, cross each other all the time, thus resulting in conflict and massive confusion in the workplace.

Pros: No promotion, without contact
Cons: Long hours, use of company vehicle, but for me doing deliveries.

Learning curve for labour relations

Customer Service, booking of tools, Quoting customer on Excel and telephonically invoicing on Syspro, and Filing. Excel schedules. Labelling and binning new spares. Selecting and dispatching of spares to workshop and customers. Helping in all aspects of stock take and control administration of workshop. I have learnt that each day must be treated differently and leave a room to improve. My most enjoyable moment staff meetings in solving challenges facing our derpament. Doing research in our clients in order to improve our service. The most difficult aspects was not getting stock in time for our clients. Keeping clients happy is a very critical and important duty to achieve in every day basics.

Team player honest, responsible, hard worker,

Positive. Hard worker, efficient, don't like conflict, enjoy working with people, team player, learnt various systems, not a clockwatcher,enjoy learning and enjoy challenges, enjoy seeing results

Good work experience

Flexible working environment.good relationship with workers,management and clients.learnt about the different unions and the deductions on the payroll.i love the challenge of doing the recons for salaries and wages at month end
