Excellent learning platform

-i work 8 to 9 hours dealing with umnr,maas and wheelchair passengers. -i arrive and depart passengers on a timely schedule. - I work closely with my co-workers in a teamwork driven spirit. - I have learnt a lot about delivering excellent customer service to the poor and the rich. - I enjoy meeting new people and learning about them,their lives and what they still want to achieve. - dealing with ungrateful and racist passengers,taking the fall for other people's mistakes, working shifts.

Pros: refining my customer service skills with each passenger.
Cons: working different shifts,not having enough me time and family time.

Taught me a new industry with amazing opportunities

Working at bidair is just the stepping stone to where I want to go in life. I love the industry of aviation. I have learnt new aspects of this industry which I really enjoy.I have also grown as a person by interacting with passengers of around the world.

Pros: Great company as a strating point in this industry.
Cons: Long working hours
