Live of Sueneid Kester at the airport

Starting off early in the morning preparing for my shift. I get ready at 03:50am every morning to be at work starting 05:30. when I arrive at work , we always advise one another about any barriers that face us at our department. Preparing for the worst case scenario. I always thought myself that when theirs any obstacle in my way, its better to face the matter before it spreads. The best way to get through the day is getting along with my colleges. Working with excel has made me learn a lot , when ever we work on a shift we draft our work routes for the following Co-Worker. I enjoy working in my department because understanding the needs of people/Client getting off a long hour flight. The most challenging aspect was working long hours , filling in for a co-working not able to attend to work.

I have learnt to be patient with other people as we are all different.

I am a very friendly person who believe communication is the key towards colleagues and i am also a term player. enjoyed working with people cause that's where I met people with different kind of Attitude,Culture and Religion. I will say working with people its a challenge that I am willing and ready to take as I am a very patient person as long as you treat each and every Customer /Client with the same respect,learn to listen to them and stay as calm as possible regardless the situation and always remember the Customer is always right,with that attitude I believe you can give the Customer the best Customer Service they deserve.The best part that I like the most about working with people is; at the end of the day I put a smile on other people's face by giving them the best Customer Service.

Meeting new people

My daily duties is to fill in paperwork concerning a specific flight which I am rostered for. I very observant and always what I'm told Don't have many friends at work due to issues thst always occur.

Poor learning curve

To be honest I work there because is not easy out there to get a job . I work irregular hours everyday doing the same thing, nothing new . I want something challenging where I can learn new things. The relationship is fine we get to know eachother nothing to learn even from managers the management skills is lacking and I'm not happy about the job that I'm doing.

Excellent new experience and environment

Working as a team tought me so many thinfs that together we can achieve more.working with people it's ma daily basis learing international languages,meeting new people from world wide.and the most challeging aspect with ma life is that we meet passerngers with different which is what we have to deal with everyday it's quite challenging.

Excellent customer service

My daily jobs is to work with a computer all day,it's a customer related job ,I have learned that when dealing with customers you must always put them as your prioritie, what I enjoy most about my job is always smiling ,communicating all day with customers,so the most challenging part is when a customer is not happy of your service

I have learned about customer service.

I have learned to communicate with passengers in a polite way and how to offer a good rendered by the clients, computer skills,and solve the problem within wasting time.

Pros: I young and motivated by new challenges that come me accros my way.
Cons: I am the person who works and even forget the time to knock off.
