It is a challenging place with different people from different countries.
It is a challenging place with different people from different countries, we have a strong team and bond with all the co-workers and i have learned how to speak foreign languages and how strong their are religiously. I enjoy my day to day tasks and the most challenging scenario is meeting a customer who does not know how to speak English or any language i speak.
Pros: great opportunities for growth.

That was good and bad but i was always rise up every day with team work
I am very good person who like to work as a team dont like to be bossy always want opinion from other team-mate very humble and 365 days sober.pressure sometimes but at the end was good
Pros: I started as bus driver promoted after 2years in the company i was always hungry to work

I have gained valuable experience
I am a hard working individual with excellent working ethics coupled with qualifications. I have gained valuable experience in safety management systems which I believe will help me to excel on this opportunity. I am a member of Bid Air services safety management systems committee. I am in very time concious environment were time is very important. I work with many people and sometimes from other companies, team work is vital in this sector. Moreover, aviation is a non stop working sector, we work shift. At all time workers are encouraged to implement safety measures at all times.
Pros: Aviation is a fast paced environment with many opportunities. It employed many people doing various jobs. Working in this sector will make a person to respect time and also to be aware of their surroundings at all times. Benefits are many such as free travelling tickets.

Excellent learning curve
I have learnt that customer service is very vital when you are running a business, you can have a good operating business, highly qualified or professional staff working for you but if you have a poor customer service your business won't go anywhere. Communication when you're working with people is also important because it makes a client or a customer to feel welcomed and feebluch safer. What I enjoy the most about my job is that I get to see, meet and chat with different people of different race or countries. So you get to know more about other cultures and or countries. The most challenging aspects of the job is when you deal with short tempered people, people who complains about small unnecessary things and those who also like to be noticed. The relationship with co-workers is perfectly fine, we all agree on same thing and if we do not we discuss, brainstorm and throw some fee ideas until we come up with something that we all agree on.

Document verification
I enjoyed meeting new people from different countries and learning about new cultures. The hours were just hectic cause there's shift changes everyday with people calling in sick on a daily. The management team didn't care about our feelings or our well-being. Never had a life at the airport. Almost everyday I was at the airport.

Get exposed to potential employers and opportunities
I wonderful with my co-workers and all enjoyed our job.we often get delays once a month if it not raining season since we all know flights often not fly if the weather isn't in good condition.i enjoyed my current job because i get to meet different people from different cultural background and country with various language.the most challenging task of current job we often get people trying to fly with invalid travel documents and fake travelling tickets.we work long hours and have least time to spend with our families.
Pros: Get to see a wide range of people from different cultural background.

Good customer service and checking in as i worked for menzies also doing the same job as customer service agent for both handling at or tambo international airport
