Creating and representation safety tool box talks and DSTI's before the task commerce, Ensure that all employees are working in a Safe environment, able to identify hazards and report unsafe behaviour and condition on site. Reporting or submitting daily report to Safety Manager. Do daily site inspection and Ensure all equipment's are inspected daily and remove damaged equipment's. Working together with co-workers more especially during Safety walk down, sharing ideas on how to minimised/prevent risk on site, Learnt criteria on how to minimised incidents on site, what procedures need to be followed according to client specification or requirements. The most challenging aspects is when employees are failing to report near miss, incidents, unsafe behaviour and conditions that are happening on site, also employees not participating during the morning meetings before the task commerce. employees not reporting incidents immediately.

Pros: The promotion will develop my career as it will be a challange
Cons: 10 hours per day

Excellent in paying attention to deal

Quality control inspections require qualities which are limited to performing visual inspections but also require excellent interpersonal relationship and ability to explain in detail what does your work and inspections entail. Quality Control also includes drafting method statements, and reports on daily inspections carried out.
