Excellent learning curve

What I like about BIC is that we are small in numbers and we have to multi task. I like it because I had to learn and understand how and what each dept function/role is. You also meet all the relevant people from finance to warehouse to dispatch. What I love most about this job is our regular meetings with the different dept (finance, marketing, logistics, manufacturing & Customer Service). We discuss all aspect of either launches or Promotion as well as day to day business. This way we as Key Account Managers is well inform of current affairs within our company and we can service our customer with confidence. we have some of our manufacturing functions outsourced and we have no control over them and we have very little interaction with them, they report to the manufacturing team we have to take their word for it.

Good first world environment. Growth in career and development in all aspects of the business. Knowledge is given to all and status of business is feedback regularly
