making sure that employees hour are captured and leave are updated on the system and in their files, working with others is great because we learn from one another personal and work wise and mostly I enjoy working with numbers and knowing more about payroll,employees,SARS,deductions and much more . the general performance and well being of all staff,responsible for all labour related issues,employment law compliance and health, Payroll department by ensuring that the accuracy of beginning and final payroll reports, fund distribution, Ensuring compliance with local municipality and government policies. my job require me to meet deadline so as to ensure that I pay the employees salaries on time and attending employees query at store level daily and therefore I always have to work under pressure to meet requirements.

I would also like to add that I am not only attracted to this vacancy by its highly competitive salary and superb benefits package ,but also by your company outstanding reputation in the industry. For the last two years , I have been working as an Junior Accounts Clerk in the Accounts Department of a major Retail Company ,in my role I have had to Capturing Invoice and Credit note, Cash Book, Bank Reconciliation ,Requisitions for Expense, General Ledger and Falling. All these tasks require attention to detail under the pressure of tight deadlines. I possess following characteristics transparency, reliability, professionalism and loyalty I abide by personal integrity. Through my work experience I have gained communication, interpersonal and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Pastel and Arch) . I am work orientated and focused when it comes to work.

Exceptional learning experience

this has been a great opportunity to work for my current company, i have grown in terms of school and skills as it has offered me both. but now there are no more opportunities to grow and no more expansion regards to my career path and other posts available for me within the company. i have acquired managerial skills even more.and my level of thinking and being creative have upgraded.

Learn something new as it was first time in retails

I always make the environment suits me in any circumstances co workers relationship was amazing. The longs hours at work were kinda hard but manageable. The most difficult scenarios where about dealing with the customers or clients as you can imagine how people can be but due to team work we manage to overcome every difficult situation. I've learned that in work a person must always be professional and never take things personally at all times then one can enjoy work environment. I enjoy most working with a team sharing some ideas and taking more challenges

Pros: none as they still go for long service candidate when comming to promotion
Cons: yes the hours where long indeed worst they where no overtimes one was doing it for the company

Quality stepping stone

I'm quite a bit worried that they pay very low salary pertaining my job. And it's unsatisfactory when coming to working environments of the company. But I have a huge relationship with my co employees.

Excellent in merchandising

I've been working there as a general worker and I was taken to cashier department, after eight months they then transferred me into merchandising position During merchandising I'm supposed to start building pallet on my own and I'm the one who is responsible to order stock for my department. If you are interested please don't hesitate to contact me

Developed skills

to work at bibi cash and carry help me to cooperate in the organisation, by looking forward to reach my hours target per month. And also it increase the interaction how to socialize with other workers.It is now difficult to work there anymore because i have family around Bloemfontein to look after and also i been wooking there for long but the salary is still the same.
