Great learning experience,great work enviroment

working for Bhekanani building and construction is a great learning experience for me I've acquired a lot of skills on the job, this include my administrative skills, my interpersonal skills and professionalism,its a industry that requires one to be flexible and fast learning, resourceful and efficient in your delivery,my colleages are great we get along very well we quite a team, however the chances of upward mobility within the company because its a small company are very limited which would be my main reason for leaving the company,i seek a company that will benefit from my skills and reward me by giving me a platform for career growth

GREAT LEARNING OPPORTUNITY

My duties are to assist the HR Officer with administrative tasks,and also assist the buyers in the company with administration of bill documents,i also get to assist in the preparation for CCMA cases and handle day to day queries, and i also relieve the receptionist when on leave or absent ,i enjoy working in this company because its really stretched my skills and given me a learning opportunity and i love my colleagues we have a great working relationship and team spirit , in terms of upward movement within the company the chances are slim to none because its very small company and the remuneration is not that good either.

*Great teamwork and relationship with colleagues *great platform to show case and develop my skills *I've learnt a great deal about the construction business *I also have a chance to learn about other departments *I honestly enjoy working in buchanan but I need more challenges and a chance to apply myself more
