Excellent learning curve

typical working day: very busy every day.dealing with customer queries,invoicing and purchase orders relationship with co-workers: I am very good with people, however will not take this face value. i am a team player but honesty plays a crucial role in team work as we have to back up each other.I stand to be corrected at all times but cannot agree to everything to suits anyone. what have i learned: I am in a new role, very challenging but i am learning a lot everyday. what do i enjoy most: This new role is very challenging and competitive.I am taking it slowly but leaning fast. the most challenging aspects of the job:The chain of command is too long and people turn to take their time to respond. Some other co-workers cannot adapt to change and that can be frustrating.

Self starter

I have taken on numerous challenges during my time at BHBW, where managers have left and i filled in the gap. I found this helped me to progress as fast as i have within the company to understand the business better and increase my knowledge and expertise. I love having the challenges that push me to do more and learn more I have developed a good working relationship with the executive meta because of my initiative and willingness to work hard and take on more than is required of me. The challenges i face are with getting staff to understand we are working in difficult times and that we all need to take on more for the success of the company.

Better prospects

Would like to face new challenges.- Reconcile Debtors Accounts - Statements- assisting with tenants - processing statement- cash receipts- collections of monies- handling of debtors High volume calls handling.

Good learning curve

its kinda good working at BHBW, i work well with my collegues. the most challeging part working here its the languege barrier cause 80% of the collegues speak afrikaans even though the company sent us for Afrikaans lessons
