Legal PA, an Executive Assistant and an Administration Manager.
As a versatile candidate, I am currently seeking a virtual assistant position, or a morning’s only position where I can use my administrative, legal and psychology (HR) skills to their maximum potential. These skills entail, experience as a Legal PA, an Executive Assistant and an Administration Manager. I also have some teaching experience and have worked as a Swimming Instructor. My office skills are extremely good and these include diary management, travel arrangements, typing out legal contracts and dealing with staff. I have sat in disciplinary hearings and taken Minutes. My experience also entails recruitment duties, such as typing out CV’s interviewing candidates and dealing with clients. My computer experience comprises of Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Syspro, Pastel, Lotus Notes and Winlaw.

PA to MD - PA and Admin functions, debt collection
Over the years, I have gained experience in the corporate world as either a PA or Legal Secretary. Added to this I have also gained some teaching experience. Currently I am seeking a secretarial / administrative or similar either full day or half day. My studies in psychology have also proved beneficial I also enjoy legal work and am good with Dictaphone typing.

Executive Assistant + Bookkeeping duties
A typical work day consists of diary management, debt collection, secretarial duties. My co-workers and I get on very well. I've learnt to be very assertive when following up on outstanding payments, I enjoy that every day is different. The most challenging aspects of the job is learning about biometric solutions
