What I enjoy most is the complete transparency within the organization. Covid 19 has unfortunately left a mark in the industry. Due to the pandemic, a number of employees now find themselves back in the market. The company has an open door policy and always welcoming to assist in providing solution. A typical workday begins with a prayer in the morning followed by a discussion on what needs to be achieved for the day.

Excellent learning curve

I started as a apprentice as Engen refinery for three years and and qualified as a mechanical fitter, worked under fabricon asca fitter during the shutdown and also worked under Bevline for Mondi shutdown,was responsible for all rotating equipment maintaining them ,remove and install pumps,valves ect,housekeeping and routine checks.I am a team ,flexible and a hard-working individual.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow as an artist
Cons: Long hours
