Great way to learn your customers and what they can help your business improve

The industry i work in is a great place to learn customer service as i am in touch with customers on a daily basis, i educate and get educated in return because i also learn from customers. I believe i have good customer service. At times when the cash clerks are under pressure i help with the typing of tickets as i have extensive typing skills and i am 100% accurate, i believe that this makes me stand out as i am the go to guy when it comes to help moving the queues. above all i believe in hard work and i believe that this will make me a great asset. I also work well with others, because as a team i believe we can reach our common goal as opposed to going at it alone. Regards. Tiga

Pros: Getting to learn customer traits and behavior, an advantage to me because i can help improve the business or customer service as a whole.
Cons: Long working hours and lack of recognition. Less pay as well.

Productive and fun working experience

Have to make sure all the sports on our website is available and have odds for customers to lay bets, making sure that our website doesn't have any mistakes or clumsiness. Finding out what's next for the week and the next and if it's available for our customers. Have test accounts to try lay bets to see if there are no errors if so fixing them. Teamwork is the ultimate and we help each other as much as possible, we also have a great work relationship. Dealing with customers and helping out as much as we can. I've learnt to be very patient and understanding especially dealing with angry customers. What I love about this place is that I can be myself and learn and understand sports. I'm very good at what I do.

Excellent learning curve I have more debt to pay now.

We are working long hours. Lot of work to do and I handling different types of customers. I have learnt more of how to work under pressure. I have enjoyed helping customers with their different bets. Most challenging to get fully paid end of the month because bof shortages.

Enough room to gain skills and experience

For the past 3 years I have been working for this company I have gained more IT technical skills as well as experience, I support end users with software and network issues on daily basis. I repair and setup work stations when required to, I install, Configure and research on network devices which the company want to purchase I have learnt good communication skills as some of my duties requires me to talk to customers one by one how the system is working on the internet cafe

Good working environment and place to learn about customer Services

In my current job we work shift 8 Hour a day. I have good relationship with people i work with. i learn that everything in company is not only about you is what you do you Best to make it grow. I enjoy communicating and team work. The most challenging thing is sometimes the is lack of commutation.

Great learning environment

Have been promoted from cash clerk to horse racing clerk within the 18 months of my employment, I have grown attached to my colleagues yet we always maintain the professionalism, I enjoy the rush when things get busy, having to think fast and multitask, I love the adrenaline it give me.

Pros: Acquired a lot of experience, great environment for diversity, got settled in quite fast as I'm a fast learner, get to meet different people everyday (nationals and races)
Cons: Long working hours, salary insufficient for sole breadwinner, working every weekend, getting home late almost every single day, working an 8 to 5 shift only once or twice a week.

Fast learner

I am a hard-working and reliable. I am willing to learn more and I pay more attention to the job description Im told to do. I'm willing to relocate and to start immediately. I am a person who works strictly with the company policy and procedures
