I’ve excellent experience in working with different kinds of people

I’ve excellent experience in working with different kinds of people. I spent the whole of 2011 as a tutor with ICT department within the campus. I also spent about a year volunteering in the ITN department at MUT where I was working in the computer labs. I was always a part of the ITN registration team in organizing registration stations and then supporting staff and students in all technological processes. I’ve also been employed by Nashua for a year and 5 months to provide support and customer advice to MUT staff and students with their (Nashua’s) photocopiers and printers of which it’s offered me a great opportunity to understand the mentoring of junior and senior staff. I’ve also did an internship at Datacentrix for a period of 10 months as an IT Junior Technician for the Health department (Ekombe Hospital and its sub-clinics). I am currently employed by Bettingworld as an IT Helpdesk Agent

Excellent Learning curve

I am a 3 and half year experienced hardworking and ambitious individual with excellent team and individual work, working the hardest to establish a successful career in Information Technology. My strongest point is providing excellent service and support to the users. I currently hold a Senior IT Helpdesk agent position at Bettingworld for a year. Former intern at Datacentrix for 10 months, also been an intern at Nashua for 1 and half years, was also part of the Information Technology team at my former university (Mangosuthu University of Technology) where I spent 2 full years. I see myself working as a System and Server administrator in the next 3 years so I am currently looking for a growth platform, environmentally, academically and financially. I have no comfort zone and no limits, I am willing to work hard for any organization that offers me the opportunity

Excelent goal achiever

I am a lady with a National Diploma in Financial Management; I have 6 year 3 months working experience as the Internal Auditor/Administrator. Have my own transport. Willing to locate and prepared to study further if given a chance. Am self-driven and motivated, practice accuracy at all times and willing to learn. Ability to work on deadlines. I am a dedicated and hard worker able to work well with a multi team of professionals and can work well without supervision and can handle pressure. Given this opportunity will be useful asset within an organisation. Thank you

Experienced

We worked over normal hours and get payed less and sometimes they dont consider paying overtime .we worked so hard and achieved alot by reaching targets yet at end of the day when the wanna promote they go out and look for another person to occupy the space needed

I work with my colleagues very well they enjoy working me I’ve learned dealing with different customers Enjoy doing my job and love what am doing just that I need to explore more The most challenging aspect is dealing with difficult customers

Excellent learning

My job is exciting as I get to travel all over Limpopo Meeting new people with different characters and culture. We became more of family than colleagues but never forgot we have one thing in common which is to take Betting world to creator heights. I have learnt mostly on IR and lots of managerial skills, driving sales and working with number/figures. The challenging aspects was when I had to deal with a difficult client which he even became too personal but I handled him proffessionaly.

TO ADD PRODUCTIVITY TO THE COMPANY

In my job I am actually dealing with money. I have nine branches to audit, where I have to count money, compare it to the cashbook, check cash breakdown, licences, paid and cancelled tickets, FICA claim tickets etc. I mostly deal with branch managers and we have a good relationship, whenever there are problems with money not balancing in the branch they consult me.What I enjoy the most is the fact I am of assistance to my co-workers and I am taking good care of the company money. The most challenging aspect is when I discover shortages at the branch and having to be a witness at hearings and havinh staff dismissed because of this.

Growth and development
