Great oppertunity to learn things from the bank's aspect

A typical work day is 8 hours. Lunch no tea breaks Co workers very negative no encouragement. I have learnt how to comunicate with people around South Africa. Learning about the Homeloans enviroment and how to register bonds. Working or communicating with attorneys allowed me to understand the process of the deeds office. I enjoyed learning something new everyday.The most challenging part of the job was working with the consultants who gets commission for each bond they register and doing a report for all the consultants in different parts of the province.

I strongly believe in team work as it increases performance levels and gets the work done effective and efficiently.I can handle pressure and stress very well,can also adapt to changes .

Excellent job

At Betterlife we assist clients with mortgage loans. I am currently in quality control ensuring the supporting documents from the clients are as per the bank's criteria. I have built a very good relationship with all my co-workers in the whole company and with the business partners. The challenging aspect is working with difficult colleges and also complying with bank criteria.

Pros: In this company we are one big happy family.

Postive mindset at all times even when days are not going accordingly

can easily adapt to changes,believe in team work as it increases performance levels and gets the work done effective and efficiently.I hate being unchallenged and am selfmotivated,also go the extra even if it is not necessary.Perform under pressure and that is a fact.

Learning curve

the environment is a stressful one, handling pressure from client and workflow. we work well as a team, easing the tension. -I have been given experience on all platforms of insurance, home owners insurance, life insurance and investment. - My job requires managing your time effectively and effectively. I enjoy dealing with different clients and having satisfied clients at the end of each call and query. I would be keen on being challenged more at work.
