Great experience

I have learned accountability and responsibility. I’ve also learned time management, how to work under pressure and to always be humble and submissive to authority. My relationship with co-workers is good. Everyday has new tasks and it keeps me on my feet, mostly. I enjoy interacting with people.

Pros: Great character building
Cons: Working days and night gets and weekends.

Excellent

Admin, outreach programs, overseer the the maintenance co workers. I have good relationship with staff and co workers. I learned how to deal with different kinds of people. I enjoyed my job, especial when I do my best. The most challenging was to work with people but but fail to achieve what is expected of us.

Pros: As I was promoted to overseer the supervisor, I have the opportunity to be promoted
Cons: 8 to 9 hours per day
