I learnt a lot

There is so much work and no working relationship between management and the branch and that is nit good as we luck a lot of improvement and training to a lot of things

Good

It was good had to learn new things Get to learn how to deal with customers and as well as customer service Development of new ideas Ability to be a work hard person The relationship between me and my co-workers was a great communication between us The things I enjoy the most is that helping customers and get to understand them in terms of what they want The most challenging part was on how to market the business brand and how to gain more customers as well as how to compete with other markets

Pros: Good opportunity for growth

Horrible management

Inconsiderate management, under qualified HR, es about paying bonuses eventhough its within the contract, only certain staff received bonuses and work from home during the pandemic. Definitely alot of favoritism and lack of proper management. Management used all my previous job skills&knowledge to educate themselves on how to grow the customer service part of the business t of the business

Pros: Zero growth opportunity (permanent situation)
Cons: They do not care for their evening staffs safety

They are an entry level company with no benefits but fun to work for

Its fun to work for this company, Management are friendly beings. But for someone who needs growth, there is no such,no incentives no monthly or yearly bonuses and zero benefits.

Pros: managers are freindly
Cons: shift are not that bad but we over work as Customer agents
