Broker Executive
My weekly activities include: - Weekly Team meeting every Monday. - Scheduling Client visits and preparing Broker packs for training and Accreditations. - Ensuring all relevant feedback for the previous week has been finalized and engaging with the relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction has been achieved. - Making sure my portfolio of brokers in Gauteng and Mpumalanga are well equipped and have all necessary collateral. My relationship with my fellow co-workers are exceptional. They admire/ adore me to bits and I respect each and everyone and that respect is reciprocated. In my 22 years of working I have always maintained a high standard of work ethics and believe the key to success is work with honesty and integrity. Hard work pays off. The thing I enjoy most is training and engaging with people at different levels, be it a CEO or a normal worker.
Pros: My work Hours are fairly flexible. Great Company to work for and good working environment.
Cons: Unfortunately given the size of the company the growth potential is not the best hence my reason for this application.

It was good experience
I have learned a lot of things especially when comes to come to mettings, i have learned how to participate in front of our boss's and my fellow team. I also experience how to answering calls.

It’s a tough learning space
It’s a a work environment where we are always engaged with work and dealing with deadlines. I assist when there is work to be completed. I help the manager with her diary and work that needs typing and printing. When there Is no work in my space I ask to assist the HR generalist , EDT trainers and the team leader. When a learning experience is not given to me I look for it .
Pros: Opportunity to learn
Cons: No promise or possibility of permanence

If I can find another similar job or is my pay too much
I manage a team in daily wellness activities in the scheme. We are very active at corporate organisations and implement wellness activities to get employees more healthy and moving. I have a good relationship with my co-workers but I have some that are trying to sabotage me and not always team players. I have to keep a close eye on them and make sure I delegate work to them and get work done. I enjoy being in wellness but know I can do more and I want to do more.
Pros: Good salary
Cons: cannot grow more within the company

Excellent learning
Great company and good salary. Learning Curve
I have learned a lot from the time I started but now I'm still doing the same things which is not giving me more challenge. I have a good relationship with everyone in the office and I enjoy working with people more than anything. I learn fast, energetic, innovative and accept change easily. I've learned to be patient with other people, involve everyone and understand many things about cultures.
Pros: No promotion or salary increase

It was good experience
It was privileged to gain such experience in my life, i learn to expressed my self in front of my boss and my fellow members, we attend meetings Monday and Friday, and you have to tell the stuff ,what are you going to do the whole week, and that makes me understand how things works.i also learn that communication is the best way to work together,and i learn that we have to keep our environment clear each every day as way of life,and ask if you dont understand what your boss have said , and punctuality is very important cause it makes you able to work free the whole day. My job was to documenting all the assets of the company, and every day i work well with my fellow team.

Excellent learning Curve
I believe that my personal attribute make me a suitable candidate because I am able to analyze and solve problems, able to work in a team and willing to learn new things. I believe I can perform well in all delegated duties and tasks. I have good time management skills and good communication skills which I would like to improve further within the business environment.

They have the best employees the best go an extra mile for the batch. They have new or updated doftwares and i love working for them and there's always am opportunities to grow
