THE MOST CHALLENGING THING WAS TO GO HOUSE TO HOUSE LOOKING FO CUSTOMERS WHO ARE NOT PAYING THEIR ACCOUNTS SOMETIME YOU FIND A CUSTOMER UNEMPLOYED AND SHE /HE WILL LOVE TO PAY , BUT BECOUSE OF THE STATUS SHE /HE IS IN THEY CANT IT WAS VERY PAINFUL FOR ME TO ASK FOR THE CUSTOMERS GOODS. SOMETIME I FEEL LIKE CYING. ME AND MY CO WORKES WE WERE SO CLOSE IT WAS LIKE MY FAMILY BECOUSE WE SURE AND TALK ABOUT ANYTHING. I ENJOY SPEAKING TO THE CUSTOMERS, MONTHEND SOME CUSTOMERS WILL SHOUT AND SWEAR AT AS WEN THEY CAME TO PAY CONPLAINING WITH THEIR ACCOUNTS

In my career I have been in retail for 14 years and I have leadership skills and managerial skills, I once manage 22 staff members , and I achieve the best manager in profit making in 2012. I'm a candidate that can drive and achieve target required. My role as a manager is in achieving target and making profit .

Learned a lot with the company

The industry in general became an academy to me.being in the retail for more than ten years, i know the ups and downs of the business. The SMART approach brings positive results,accountability and responsibilities are key elements.
