Nice but a bit too monotonous

A nice place to work- minimal supervision, great co-workers. Given the opportunity to work and gain experience on Pastel (wages and salaries) and Pastel Evolution. HR function is mostly admin related with occasional hearings but nothing more. Not as challenging or demanding as I would have expected.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: monotonous

Excellent learning opportunity

It is really great. I work without constant supervision. I have been given the opportunity to learn and acquire new skills.I work with great superiors.

Pros: nice environment
Cons: low salary
