I have a good communication with workers from the Manangers ,Supervisors ,Team leaders and the general workers because communication is the key . If I have any problem I ask to my supervisor or Team leader before we take it to the mananger . If I see any dangerous thing I report it.

Excellent opporturnity

- I like working at Bertling but I need to grow and explore - I have a good relationship with my colleagues - Self motivated and disciplined - I love my job,meeting people physically and verbally over the phone brings best o out of me. - When dealing with a difficult client over the phone
