Monday to Friday work day,i relate with every employees,i have learn to be a team worker as well as different cultures and work in a creative way dealing with clients as well as to colleages,i enjoy to be at work and achieve goals of the company as well as deadline achiever,the most challenging is when I colleages come with the bad attitudes but though experience I had I manage to solve it.my name is Sebenza Khanyile 45 yrs old iam a married man ,staying at Newlands west in Durban Christian based

Working independently

I work with my secretary and myself and run my department for legal collections for commercial clients. Telephone calls and drafting. I enjoy the clients satisfaction and making my target for the day. I have learned about managing and supervising and being in control of the situation. I have a excellent professional relationship with co-workers. Challenging part of work is having so much to do and finding the time.

Pros: work experience , independence, trust, support
Cons: poor commission structure, lack of accountablity, lack of team players, dictatorship rather than directorship.

Good exposure to credit law

Drafting of various agreements consulting with clients telephone calls drafting legal documents I have learnt how to draft complicated agreements I really enjoy making clients happy

Good working environment, gained different skills and knowledge

Answer incoming calls from clients and transfer them to the relevant person, sometime make calls to clients to make appointments for meetings, Scan documents, file them. welcome clients into the building, my relationship with co-workers was very good. I enjoyed working independently and receiving challenging tasks.

Pros: Gaining skills and knowledge
Cons: No chance for any promotions.
