I am new in this company

I cannot say much about them because I am new in this company. I worked for other companies like Ford Motor Company and Lear Corporation. I have been with other companies where I have gained experience in all quality issues.

Excellent learning more and gaining more experience

I deal with supplier related matters everyday. I travel to suppliers to understand their processes and quality issues they may be faced with. I relate very well with my current colleagues, we always assist each other whenever there are issues in plant. I have learnt more about stamping and welding that goes with it and knowledge on catalytic converters because we build them as well. I enjoy solving supplier quality related issues that they get everyday. With the experience I earned over the years in different firms like Ford Motor Co, I use that knowledge and experience to help the suppliers. The most challenging aspect of the current job is to travel too much, but I am getting to be comfortable with that now.

Pros: One gets to grow in knowledge because of different experiences that he encounters
Cons: Too much travelling can be a challenge at times

I am a very confident, well spoken, very determined and motivated individual with high aspirations.

Most of my careers I have spend in the automotive industry. I gain extensive experience in Project Management, Plant Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality systems , Production Engineering and Environmental Management systems. During my years in industry, I have gained strong management, project management skills and quality assurance knowledge. I have completed implementation of QMS systems and ISO /TS 16949. I have also implemented EMS and ISO 14001. I have been certified for both systems and I am the Management Representative. I have excellent knowledge in quality assurance, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, project engineering, PFMEA’s , G8D’s,5Y’s, Gauge R&R Control plans, PPAP, APQP, PSW ,MSA, MMOG, Error proofing , Kaizen and lean manufacturing activities. I also have knowledge in fixture design, fixture manufacturing and checking fixture designing.

Pros: Entensive exprience in Automotive industry. Excellent management skills. Positive mindset . Soultion oriented
Cons: Long hours

Good working environment

I have a good successfull new projects in new and old Tools in the Toolroom as a Turner. With a good team work relationship eg Toolmakers , Fitters , Millwrights.

Working for such big company has made me to experience alot

Doing welding job on same company for five-year has made me TO realize that challenges need TO be faced in a right way. Co-workers know me as good who likes to do things in a right way. I have learnt many things in welding sector....inspection of part and always use right angle when you are welding so THAT it can give you 100percent quality outcome. Co-workers they always appreciate to work with me around all the times. The most challenging about this job is when setter not doing his job 100percent.

Every day is a challenge

Come to work and work according to what you have planned to do for the day. Working well with co-workers and subordinates, respect each other in there responsibilities. I have learnt how to do my work in a way that people looked up to you and support you. I enjoy most is getting results and then your boss gives you recognition for work well done. Each day is not the same and you don't know what to expect/what will happen during the day.

Pros: Great oppertunity to travel and see the world
Cons: working sometimes extra hours

I've elaborated on the resume

I've incoporated my review in the front page of my resume for elaboration on me my exposurr and experience. I have worked in almost all departments within automotive industry and have also worked in manufacturing and packaging sectors.

Another learning curb

I am always an hour early and never comes late. i do my work with precision. i get along very well with everybody. I have learnt a lot and i enjoy working long hours and show off my skills. I habve to report to people with less experience than myself and have to help them but never get the recognition.

Pros: I love my job and enjoy it very much
Cons: no recognition and no rewards
