Great experience , unfortunately no scope for growth within the company

I have been in the construction Industry for 25 years, both in the UK and in South Africa. I have managed, and successfully completed high rise ,residential developments  , commercial and industrial projects on time, and on budget.  I have experience in just about all aspects of the building industry,  including concrete work. I am currently employed as a Site Manager for a construction company in Port Elizabeth, and are busy with a project , with the  estimated value of 57 million rands. I have experience in low cost housing and prefabricated projects. I am able to travel, and need to give a few weeks notice, should my application be successful.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. Pros: Excellent management
Cons: Very long hours, Monday to Sunday, sometimes weeks on end without a day off.

I respect my work i also like to learn everything in company

I was operating bomag then from that my boss take me be store man also a Mahindra bakki driver ,I respect everything in company,I like ask if something I do not understand, not to just assume. My interest is to learn something new a everyday.i enjoy to start new people because the more I meet is the more I again something

Pros: gaining experience,excellent condition to grow up the economy via my campany
Cons: long working hours
