Sales , sales and more sales

Beñat investments is a family owned company . My day starts off with a team meeting and also previous day feedback of the top and bottom salespeople. A daily target is communicated and also the monthly target. I start off with reporting to our operational manager who requires previous day activities such as turn over, stock reeplenishment and also top selling brands. On any given day stock would arrive and we would have to check manually if the stock balances with the relevant dispatch documents. I have recently joined and have instilled new processes to monitor and prevent late coming.

Pros: The store and brand name itself which is Streetfever is not your average store it's more like a culture and more of a personal relationship when buying in our store.
Cons: Limited room for growth and no medical aid nor provident fund benefits.

Please review my cv

My start of my day consists of daily planning and organising. I also make use of a lateness process I have created while monitoring lateness . I start my day with a team meeting and relay daily and monthly targets also bring to my staffs attention the top and bottom 5 sale people for the previous day. Once the meeting is completed I move into my reporting and liaising with my area manager. The work experience is different as it is a family owned business the staff does not have Much experience regarding customer experience and that's where I come in. Where I train them and role play as to how appropriate relationship building takes place. I enjoy sharing my selling experience and tactics in order to close sales. The most challenging factor is that majority of my multi racial and had to gain the necessary trust in order drive sales and meet targets which I have done.

Pros: A family feel and orientated selling experience
Cons: No benefits and no room for growth.
