@beluga we are more like family reason being we spend more time at work that at home ,we uplift each other daily, I have good listening skills so staff felt comfortable speaking out to me,I have learnt to be a go getter ,an independent lady and a tough one too,I enjoy meet new people.

Pros: meet new people ,learn about food ,motivate and teach people, earn independence.
Cons: long working hours ,less days off ,no public holidays

Excellent work environment

The place is the kind of that you miss when you leave, the management practically becomes your family.during busy times you don't feel the pressure because the staff always work together and cover each others back like brothers and sisters.during this time I had working at beluga I have learnt how to trust,be friendly,work hard,passionate,respect others and communicate well.the most challenging aspect of my job was rude customers I had a hard time solving cases involving rude customers as iam short tempered

Pros: great learning opportunity
Cons: working late
