Excellent learning curve

Work days are never one in the same, always a new challenge and new adventures. My current co-workers and I get a long very well, like we have known each other for years. I have never been in this kind of industry before in my life, the amount of knowledge I have gained in the past 3years has defiantly opened my eyes to a whole new world. What I enjoy the most is working with people and pushing the limit's, my co-workers always motivate me as do I for them. Tackling a new challenge on a day to day basis always seems to be a new high for the day.

Pros: Great team of people to work with
Cons: Management and lack of communication
