Excelent sales learning

At our company we work from 8am to 5pm and its you and the phone all day long. The pressure is huge one has a target for the day and a total for the month. The warm environment though keeps me going. I get along very well with my colleague's and we help each other here & there.

Pros: Great commission
Cons: long working hours

Poor Management

I thoroughly enjoyed working for this company. Our department created our own culture and happy environment which was not implemented by the company itself. Management is does not distribute salaries evenly. they operate on favoritism which is very unprofessional.

Pros: Working a straight shift and no weekends
Cons: extremely small salary

The job environment was very cheerful people were very friendly

I was excited for work every day the co-workers were very friendly and helpful they were always there when help was needed I was a junior sales consultant we were a company who helped people with their debt by getting it reduced up to 50% the most challenging part was i had took note of every aspect on how to make sales

Proccess drive and motivated young man

the company i work for is an excellent place for me to grow but my ambitions are more focused on new challenges hence why i am hoping to get this job

Pros: great learning ground for a technician of my kind
Cons: flactuating salaries not staying the same every month its a deferent thing
