i enjoy most wen i train young teenage , im willing to have class to train more you stundetnt im qualfry Electrician with min of 8 years working knowledge

Computer ward and excel

Working at my company it has give me more oppotunities which is having to gain more skills that I didn't think I have, I have also learn to be fast have time management, have a good relationship with my coliques. I enjoy working on my own most of the time but I also work good with team too. The most challenging aspect is to work the whole month and end off the months no salary it's the challenge that you have to learn to work on it when you come across it.

Pros: Increase my skill to excellent

Good training centre for commmunity

work was train people from location that being send by merseta for skill development it will include boilermaker ,sheet metal,domestic & industrial electric, even to go out to train in the power station (medupi ,kendal , sasolburg ).i'm enjoying if there any candidate coming from Grade 12 cause is easy to train them they understand and working as group .the challenging part is that i have to travel almost month to limpopo come back once a week leaving family for long time but it is enjoy able trip

Excellent team work

Ii learned to work fast and working as a team my relationship with my co_workers is great and if we had problems we solve them as a team I enjoyed my job a lot and I enjoyed communicating with customers, the most challenging aspect's of the job was the paper work because we had to work over time and under pressure.

Pros: When we worked good we get 10% increase in our salary
Cons: Overload work
