Opertunatly to grow within the company

My day starts off with a cup of coffee and answering international customer emails. I have 2 subordinates working with me and the Relationship is strickly profession with the occasional office jokes. I have gained tremendous experience from local and international sales and customer care. I enjoy working with my colleagues and knowing each day is different. I enjoy the helping clients and ensuring the best level of service.

Pros: Always meeting new people

Working space

It was a good start where j got to see new and different ways of working, but after I managed to understand the workings of the company things slowed down. My days got longer with even less to challenge me, the room for growth is there but the opportunity is just outside my grasp

Pros: Job security, and the company takes care of it's people
Cons: The wrong people are in playing the management roles

Excellent company

I have over 7 years working experience at Belgotex Floors as an Electrical Assistant. It's a great manufacturing company to work for. I have worked with different foreign company across the world.I have experience on installation of new machines and upgrade of machines. I adapt very quickly in new environment and I am a great team player.

Driving forklift truck. Making sure that the shift or department is running smoothly. Resolving conflict situations. Planning for the different jobs to run.

Pros: There is room for promotion and to study further
