Excellent working curve

I am very well comfortable with working on a conducive environment which has flexible time as long you have to consider targets and deadlines of work. I treat my co-workers in a professional way as long we are in the work environment and also have an attention to offer to their ideas which makes work enjoyable. I have learnt a lot of work standards and procedures with the experience i had so far, how to resolve conflicts at work as well as having a good relations with co-workers. The most challenging aspect is to be pushed doing things with pressure influenced by others, although i can work under pressure as long the work have goals to meet, which i know i can manage but not in a way created by someone else.

Pros: Great opportunity for skills development
Cons: Long working hours and poor communication strategies

Software developer

I amatha, currently on my final year to obtain Software Development diploma with Belgium Campus and would like to work at your company. I believe in team work because I think two different dedicated minds can surely result in bigger things. As it is I think I possess qualities that will benefit the company because I also I'm able to think on my feet. With the skills that I acquired with Belgium Campus, I am an asset to which ever company that I will be working with.
