Learning expirience

My work day involve meetings with clients ,co- workers,and my manager on daily basis. Making sure that good service is being given to each and every client that comes to our hotel its either through telephone calls,or face to face. What I enjoy most about my job its when I do a function and to see the look on my clients face just to see them happy also makes me happy. Most challenging things about my work is to maintain a good standard of services to all my clients and to keep all our clients by making sure that they are satisfied with the service .

Pros: promotion will great and increase of the salary
Cons: long working hours

Excellent Learning Curve

My work day start by checking that all my clients and make sure that they are hap all the time .having a good relationship with other co-workers is very important because it to helps to have someone to rely on . I have learn a lot about customer service ,working well with orders ,and treating every person with respect.i have enjoyed most about my job is meeting different people from all walks of life and that as well create challenges because you have to be able to accommodated different people and deal with different problems that comes my way .
