Great company to work for

BEESA is an Good company and it has also become my second home. We are all working for the same vision, just a little bit of micro managing. But well I believe the director has his valid reason for that. But he needs to create room for growth and allow staff to have more knowlage mostly about the products and the company you work for.

Pros: Only normal working hours
Cons: No room for growth
