- A typical work day: Dealing with client disputes, running debit Lodges, liaising with the various spas to ensure proper client satisfaction and address a y concerning issues. - Your relationship with co-workers: No problems with my colleagues, in my department we work like a well oiled machine. Making the best of any situation, the client is the number one concern. - What you have learnt: How to be patient and how the Spa industry works. - What you enjoy most: The assistance offered to me by the HR and PA, always assisted my team development. I also enjoyed dealing with the various spa management team members in the different provinces and deriving amicable solutions. - The most challenging aspects of the job: Changing disgruntled members point of view on the product offering which was achieved. As well as improving the public company rating on various media platforms.

Excellent learning curve

I work well with my colleagues, I'm a reliable hard working and loyal employee. I got a very good experience within the company. I need to grow as an individual which it's something I don't get at my current employment.
