Have to adjust to different situation and difficult clients and colleagues and working under pressure and meeting targets and deadline. I enjoy working with my colleagues even sometimes they are difficult to work with but at the end of the day we understand each other and I'm the middle person between them and the management. through all this I have again experience of leadership and working under pressure and what is like be throw in the sea without a life jacket. I enjoy each and every challenge I have come across because it was a stepping ladder for me and a way of learning. but the challenging but was to deal with my colleagues whom I have found in the work place and teach me the work and now I'm their Boss and have to discipline them.

Learned how to assist, be patient

I have learned hoe to work as an individual and as a group as you get thrown in different directions on a daily bases. I've learned to be patient and understanding but also learned how valuable throwing ideas can be. I enjoy the travelling most, sight seeing and taking on new people with new personalities daily. the most challenging at the beginning was being away from home and having to work flexible hours.
