The Family Company

Bedrock is the typical "family" company. Everyone knows each other well within the business. Working here has taught me so much over the past 5 years, good & bad. What I enjoy most is when a challenge has been given to Admin, it makes you let loose the creative side, the most challenging aspect of my job is currently seeking other employment due to relocation.

Pros: Full time position - no retrenchments
Cons: No room for grow, minimum salary increase, no transfers available when relocating
