Excellent condition

Good working condition and able to work with people. Relationship was very strong we worked as team Helping each other where can not understand. I have learnt that working with people os good coz u gain alot of experience. I enjoyed that how to serve the customer and dealing with pressure.

I finished my matric in 2007,then did my Computer in 2009 and did my Diploma in Pharmacy in 2010

I have a fun,loving and proactive team whom I work with.They made me enjoy my work each and EVERYDAY.I have a lot of things in the retail company,how to treat customers very well to make them come again the next day. I have learnt to humble,honest,hungry for the targets and being helpful to our customers. To tell the truth there wasn't any challenging aspects in this industry,because I enjoyed each and every task they were giving us because at the end it was going to be helpful to us as a team. So now I want to experience other challenges. Thanks

Pros: It was such a great privilege to be a manager in this company,because it showed appreciation and the good things that I was doing towards the company and my fellow team
Cons: Long working hours were not a problem to me,we had to add some extra hours for us to make sure we have nailed our daily budgets,so that at the end of the month we achieve and get incentives

Learned a lot of new things

Enegertic,hardworker and able to work underpressure

I love my work, i learned alot about customers and how to work and build a team that will work together and respect each other A team that knows and understand the importance of customer service and also that of how it means to achieve the monthly store budget

Excellent learning

Its a good company to work with thm.. They are not harsh to anyone All they want is turnover only. Be yourself at work and do what you are being paid for at work so you can be able to do what you want with the money you did worked for.
