Excellent learning curve and I have grown

It was fun and interesting. The excitement of selling a new product and gaining trust from customers. My fellow colleagues were amazing people whom I could learn from and we became a family. I've learnt that the 3 years ideas there I had learnt a lot and gained a lot of skills and being there I knew I had to seek better and more challenging work and tasks. The most challenging parts were the facts that I'm not growing and we do more of the same thing everyday without growth.

I love meeting new people and learning new skills, i get along with all colours of life. Positivity is my life line , i have learned how to motivate staff to work harder and work as a team, ive learned alot of trades from different positions, team building games and task and small games to bring people together is the most fun ive had at work and getting to know customers, ive got a verry friendly voice and smile. Meeting targets and sorting staff was part of my dutys and making sure that every staff member enjoys there job.Im strict on myself and neat on work ,i believe the way you present yourself shows the effort you put in youre work

Good communication skills

Working at beauty value was such an amazing experience because I got to work with a lot of people from different backgrounds. It taught me patience and I got to understand that the way of thinking differs from people to people. I got a chance to upskill my communication skills.

Excellent in sales and marketing

I am a casual since 2014 till 2016 and I have been working here because I have kids and I don't want them to suffer that is the reason I stayed in this company for years as a casual
