I have learnt to understand people in general. I have learnt that patience pays. I enjoy working with my colleagues because i learn every day. I enjoy serving customers and listening to them. My challege now its the mall contruction. We have to work ten times hard to bring in sales.

Learning curve

Good relationship with co-workers Direct leader was not a great mentor, person had to many personal issue which was brought to the work place. Wonderful to be part of the product development team, from concept to end product. Sales team was good, with some exceptional sales advisors. Challenging - taking a company with no stucture, processes or reports implementing procedures and reports to enhance data reports and financial reports. Putting standing instructions in place, security within the retail stores.

Pros: Implementing procedures, promotions, great products, interaction with development of product
Cons: Not professional in work ethics or morals
