For the passed years have been working for Bears I have meet so many challenges in life. Firstly I will start by mention our management we have been working with different personalty but what I would like to say all of them they have one goal to get the job done in time and to reach our target. Secondly my team I had the best team we all work in group especial during our promotion we work and have fun by making special games for promotion and makes us to reach our budges.lastly I will say our customer service was the best making sure that we greet our customes and make them well come and being friendly to them was our fist priorit.y

Pros: promotion like having Gazibo, Teddy Bear promotion
Cons: working during holidays and weekends cause most of the customers are not working
