Minimum platform to grow

I have moved from research to HR for the love of the role. I thank Bearings Ma 2000 for opening the opportunity for me to enter into the field but I am not growing as much as I had anticipated in the role due to the company size and structure

Pros: None that stand out
Cons: Given limited information to work with. Given the smallest room to grow. Void promises. Being excluded from all decisions that involve my role (they are very secretive) as HR I hear things from the grapevine.

Excellent learning curve

. Monthly reconciliation and payments to suppliers, debtors assistant, processing invoices, sending out invoices, sending out remittance, sending out statements to customers,solving queries, customer service,creating of Purchase Orders, receiving in purchase orders, receiving in shipments, processing returns from customers

Pros: Great working environment
Cons: No opportunities for growth

EXCELLENT SUPPORT STAFF SHORT COURSES

I am a very reliable person very punctual and always committed to my work. I am very good with people and public relationships; I am familiar with most areas in Johannesburg and South Africa as a whole. Mechanically minded able to attend to minor breakdowns and auto electrical faults.

Pros: I HAVE GROWN IN THIS COMPANY FROM DRIVER TO COUNTER SALESMAN
Cons: BEARING SIZES . TYPES AND MODELS
