Ive got 3years with a dynamic sales team in the engenering and mining industri. We are like famely. In the years ive there i learnd more about sales and client services and priduckt wise to improve my working skils. The mosy challeging aspects where to work with formilas and work out the produckt from scrath in sort time to help cust to bould machines. For engeneering mining and agricultural.

Well its very exellent learning experiance everyday. I learn different things when meeting new/existing customers. The relationships tbat i have built at my company are close and we call ourselves a family. Although the company is great i do not see any future growth.

Typical day is as follow. answering calls from customers. providing customers with quotes and technical information. issuing of quotes to customers and external sales reps. assisting fellow workers to come up with a solution for customers when they are stuck. have a good working relationship with co-workers , understand each other. we can funny at times but also know when it is time to work and be serious. coming from an automotive industry to an engineering was a huge step but well worth the effort. I have learnt a whole lot of new skills over the last seven years. and most of what I have learnt is also self taught.

Pros: the opportunity to make comission on a monthly basis.
Cons: not much scope for growth.

Exelent starting career

Its i profedional sales inviroment Working team building to learn working with ouer team. We very busy day but we like to keep each other posetive. I learned a lot about busnesse inviorement.

A tipical day in the offie always start with koffi and talk til the doors are oppend. Then its busy the hole day. I learned alot about sales in other words comunicacion admin, ext. What i injoyd alot was the people i work with and ouer reg custemers. The most taleging aspects was the produckt knowlige there was alot to learn between the the diffrent products.
