Great Experience

A typical day includes, designing CAD shapes, Submitting step ups for printing, Checking printed step ups for pattern placement and colours, creating prints, colour boards, trend research , doing ratios . Relationship with coworkers is fine everyone is pretty much to their own. I enjoy that you get to see the full design process from CAD research and design , to printing and then making of the garments all under one roof. Most challenging part is that there is no team spirit or working together with departments.

Cons: not much room for growth
