Micro-managing culture

great people within the working environment but poor management, very top heavy in terms of management who are not willing to look at fresh ideas. Most of management have been with the company for many years and while there is a strong sense of loyalty there is little thought given to the newer members of staff or even a consideration of promotion to those who have not been with the company a long time. The most challenging is being micromanaged and not been given opportunities. Also a lack of progressive thought like working from home or flexible hours - very old school.

Pros: regular incentive bonus
Cons: no promotion opportunities and no growth

Excellent company

Excellent staff and work ethic Well loved in the industry and have a great reputation. People seldom leave and if they do it's to persue alternative work fields
